Job summary

LeafLink is seeking a highly skilled Senior BSA/AML Analyst with deep expertise in high-risk banking environments, owning end-to-end financial crimes investigations across a diverse cannabis client portfolio.

You'll monitor AML alerts across program partners, conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of cannabis clients, and prepare marijuana SAR reports under FinCEN MRB guidance; familiarity with Abrigo BAM+, LexisNexis, and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience in fintech or cannabis banking.
• Experience filing marijuana-related SARs under FinCEN MRB guidance.
• Strong understanding of BaaS compliance models and AML obligations.
• Familiarity with AML platforms such as Abrigo BAM+, LexisNexis, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate AML alerts across multiple program partners.
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of cannabis clients, including risk assessments.
• Prepare partner-specific marijuana SAR reports in accordance with FinCEN MRB guidance.
• Support development of transaction monitoring rules tailored to specific typologies.
