Job summary

LeafLink is seeking a Banking Relationship Manager for Dama Financial by LeafLink to serve as the primary contact for cannabis industry clients, fostering strong relationships while supporting banking and financial service needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulated industries, financial services, and compliance, with a proven track record in client retention and account growth across a portfolio of cannabis operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years in relationship management, commercial banking, financial services, account management, or B2B client services.
• Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio (100-200 cannabis clients) including cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and ancillary operators.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and reviews.
• Act as trusted advisor, identifying client needs and recommending banking and payment solutions.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Sales to deliver a high-quality client experience.
