Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Software Architect to drive the architecture of its Browser Extension platform across Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. This is a 100% remote role with optional hybrid in US metro areas.

You will lead architectural direction, ensure secure, scalable designs, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Security and UX teams. The role emphasizes hands-on architecture, performance, cross‑platform reliability and alignment with Keeper’s zero‑knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and full-stack experience across databases, APIs and UI.
• Proven 0-to-1 architecture design of complex systems.
• Strong OO design, patterns, and performance profiling expertise.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and security-focused design.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and mentor engineers without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide architecture for Keeper’s Browser Extension platform.
• Lead design for cross-platform features and secure communication patterns.
• Ensure architecture aligns with zero-knowledge and zero-trust principles.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive architectural discipline across teams.
• Collaborate with Security, UX, Product and backend teams on scalable designs.
