Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in broadcast engineering or media technology.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, file-based workflows, and content delivery systems.
• Hands-on experience with automation, playout, NRCS, and MAM systems.
• Knowledge of FCC requirements, EAS, RF systems, and broadcast standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under time-sensitive, live conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and improve master control systems and playout servers.
• Support newsroom and production workflows, NRCS platforms, media asset management, and editing environments.
• Provide senior-level support for production control room, routing, and studio systems.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure interoperability across broadcast and enterprise environments.
• Lead incident response for on-air and distribution issues with root-cause analysis.
