Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in broadcast engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of RF transmission and studio operations.
  • Experience with IP-based broadcast infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues quickly and manage projects.
  • Willingness to work varied hours and travel to transmitter sites and remote locations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and support all broadcast equipment including transmission systems and automation equipment.
  • Coordinate remote on-location broadcasts and site operations.
  • Document equipment installation, maintenance, and replacements.
  • Ensure projects are implemented per schedule and budget.
  • Respond to outages and technical problems at studio, transmitter, and translator locations.
