Qualifications

• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on HFC network.
• Experience with RF, AC, DC, and optical systems.
• Must maintain documentation and perform scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of the hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) network.
• Lead or mentor lower-tier technicians on best practices.
• Record and submit job logs and documentation using mobile devices.

Skills

Ability to splice coax and fiber optic cable

Proficiency with signal meters

Strong understanding of HFC and IP networks

Education

BT IV certification or equivalent work experience

6+ months as a Broadband Technician III
