Qualifications

Demonstrated mathematics knowledge and ability.
Experience teaching in skilled trades: electrician, electronics technician, utility worker, security systems, IT Networking, cabling.
Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Implement and deliver instruction with an experiential learning focus (lectures and labs).
Prepare and deliver all course materials and lessons.
Develop new programs to align with industry standards.
Ensure students achieve defined outcomes in Broadband curriculum.
Manage labs and set up equipment for the program.
Develop proposals, curricula, and validate training quality.
Coordinate lab equipment inventory and maintenance; purchase needs.
Mentor new instructors and assist in recruitment of trainers.
Support outreach to recruit students into the program.
