Job summary

PRIME AE Group in Maryland is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Bridges/Structures to lead complex bridge design projects in the Baltimore or Fairfax areas. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through proposal, design, and construction support, serving as a primary client contact and ensuring adherence to MDOT, VDOT, and DCDOT standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent; MSCE preferred.
• MDOT/VDOT/DCDOT standards familiarity is a plus.
• 10+ years in bridge structural design with PM responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and structural projects from proposal through final design and conformance.
• Develop scopes of work and fee proposals for bridge projects.
• Set and monitor schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Review financial performance and manage profitability.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and specs.
