Job summary

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a Senior Project Bridge Engineer to lead the complete lifecycle of bridge projects from planning to delivery in the Manchester, NH area.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and play a significant role in budgeting, scheduling, and design work. The firm offers a flexible schedule, remote work opportunities, and a generous sign-on bonus as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of increasing engineering or planning and leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Professional Engineering License in one or more New England states.
• BS or MS degree (MS preferred).
• Strong communication skills and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge projects located throughout New England and other locations as needed.
• Prepare and perform complex structural analysis, design calculations, drawings and details for bridge projects.
• Lead and assemble a project team to complete complex projects or challenging client deliverables on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants and regulators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor project budgets and resource use.
