Job summary

Hoyle Tanner & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Bridge Engineer who enjoys the full evolution of a project and mentoring junior staff. You will play a significant role in planning and developing the project, with 10–15 years in the business and expertise in pre-stress concrete and steel.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering License in one or more New England states.
• 15+ years of increasing engineering or planning and leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Strong communication, an acute understanding of project finances, scheduling, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge projects across New England and other locations as needed.
• Prepare complex structural analysis, and design calculations, drawings and details for bridge projects.
• Lead and assemble a qualified project team to complete complex projects on time and within budget.
• Assist with management of design, review process and permitting through outside agencies.
• Assist with business development, client presentations and proposal preparations.
• Coordinate with clients on submittals, meetings and comments for successful project delivery.
