Job summary

STV Incorporated in Dallas, TX is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Project Manager / Senior Bridge Engineer to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects for transportation clients across Texas. You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, perform analyses, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

Candidates should have a BS in civil engineering (MS preferred), 10+ years of structural design experience, a Texas PE, and proven PM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; master's preferred but not required.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least 10 years of progressive structural engineering design experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects and manage budgets and schedules.
• Mentor structural staff and lead design task leads.
• Perform analysis, design, and inspection of bridges and related structures.
• Develop proposals and participate in interviews to win work.
• Build client relationships and ensure delivery meets profit goals.
