Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of full‑time or equivalent civil engineering experience with at least four years in a professional capacity.
• At least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions allowed for education to replace experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge live load rating reports and overload analyses.
• Supervise bridge raters and ensure quality of work.
• Develop revisions to the MassDOT Bridge Manual and review contractor analyses.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or civil engineering technology
