Job summary

Structural Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our heavy civil division, based in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead complex projects including bridge work, post-tensioning, and structural strengthening, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will manage safety, schedules, budgets, and P&L, while mentoring field staff and building strong client relationships. Travel regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 7–12 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing projects $1M–$10M+ in value.
• Background in bridge work, post-tensioning, structural concrete or related specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety and quality initiatives while mentoring field teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L.
• Oversee contracts, buyouts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate work plans, submittals, and equipment needs.
• Partner with estimating and sales teams on proposals and bid reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Field Managers, Superintendents, and crews.
