Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil in Manassas, VA, to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will partner with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on bridges, post-tensioning, and concrete work, with about 20–25% travel.

Responsibilities include safety, budgets, schedules, and P&L, plus mentoring crews and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Prime contracting experience preferred.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and project P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex heavy civil projects from planning through execution.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L.
• Oversee contracts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Mentor field teams and build strong client relationships.
