STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Heavy Civil division (VSL Civil) in Manassas, VA. The role leads complex projects from planning through execution in collaboration with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This position offers a hybrid office schedule with approximately 20-25% travel and a competitive compensation package including benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Prime contracting experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $1M-$10M+.
• Proficient with MS Project/Primavera P6 and Procore.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex heavy civil construction projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L.
• Oversee contracts, buyouts, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Field Managers, Superintendents, and crews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
