Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive heavy construction experience, including highways and bridges, with at least 5 years in estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with bridges, foundations, and marine environments.
• Valid driver's license; knowledge of DBE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs, pricing and bidding for construction projects, focusing on bridge structures.
• Collaborate with bid team to prepare accurate proposals.
• Assist with final assembly of estimate for presenting to owners.
• Capable of both hard bid and conceptual estimating.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
