DJ&A seeks a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer in Albuquerque, NM, to lead complex bridge design, analysis, and rehabilitation projects. 15+ years of progressive structural experience and a P.E. are required to guide teams across offices.

The role involves mentoring engineers, coordinating with roadway, hydraulics, and geotechnical groups, and ensuring adherence to AASHTO LRFD and federal standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structures and 15+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer Registration (P.E.).
• Experience with bridge design, inspection, load rating, and rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical direction and mentorship for bridge projects.
• Lead complex analyses and designs for vehicular and pedestrian bridges.
• Review calculations, plans, specs, and QA/QC deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure constructible solutions.
• Support Engineer of Record and project leadership activities.
