Job summary

The successful candidate will hold a PE and SE in Arizona, with 8+ years in transportation engineering, and comfortable guiding junior staff while expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering is required.
• Arizona PE and SE licenses are required.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering experience preferred.
• 2+ years in management or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and provide mentoring and professional development.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring processes for new team members.
• Procure new contracts and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee structural engineering projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance on lateral structural engineering for roadways.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the local office.
• Perform as Engineer of Record for your work and oversight.
