Job summary

TYLin's Americas Bridge Sector is seeking a Lead Bridge Engineer/Sr. Project Manager for the Northeast Region. The role requires top performance in project management, bridge design, and regional pursuits, with responsibility for client interfaces and budgets.

You'll lead proposals, build client relationships, and mentor staff while collaborating on cross-border bridge initiatives within TYLin's global framework. Hybrid work model encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with emphasis in bridge design preferred.
• P.E. license required.
• 15+ years of project management and bridge design experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, including scope, schedule and budgets for major bridge projects.
• Oversee development of construction documents, drawings and cost estimates.
• Lead pursuit management and business development within the region.
• Mentor staff and collaborate across disciplines on bridge projects.
