Job summary

TYLin's Americas Bridge Sector is seeking a Lead Bridge Engineer/Sr. Project Manager for the Greater Philadelphia Region.

This position requires you to be a top performer to provide project management and lead business development efforts within the region. You should have experience in the project management of bridge projects, solid technical background and experience with the design of bridges, and a sound understanding of the regional bridge market and requirements for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in structural engineering with emphasis in bridge design.
• P.E. license in PA required.
• 15+ years of project management and bridge design experience.
• Experience with PennDOT, PA counties or PA agencies preferred.
• Strong communication and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management including scope, schedule and budgets for bridge projects.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets; establish contract Budgets and scopes.
• Oversee development of construction documents, drawings, specs and cost estimates.
• Supervise, mentor and develop staff; participate in performance reviews and forecasting.
• Lead business development, pursue opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships.
