DRMP is seeking a Senior Bridge/Structures Engineer, P.E., to lead complex DOT bridge and infrastructure projects in Orlando, FL. You will bring deep experience in bridge design and rehabilitation and help shape a growing practice.

Your responsibilities include developing structural calculations and drawings, performing design analyses, preparing technical reports, supporting construction, and mentoring junior engineers across design-build and design-bid-build projects.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil/structural engineering degree and PE licensure.
• 10+ years post-registration structural experience with a focus on bridges.
• Experience with design software for bridges and transportation structures.
• Proficiency in Microstation, GEOPAK, OpenBridge Modeler, AutoCAD or CADD.
• Strong communication, leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural calculations and drawings for bridge projects.
• Direct engineering investigations, data collection and evaluations.
• Prepare written technical reports and support construction phase activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines.
• Lead multi-discipline bridge projects of varying complexity.
