Job summary

A small and growing structural engineering firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead bridge and municipal infrastructure projects for the City of Denver and Front Range agencies. This role offers a partner-track opportunity for a seasoned engineer who wants technical leadership, client ownership, and a long-term role in firm growth.

The candidate should have 5+ years of bridge/transportation structural experience, a PE license (SE preferred), strong AASHTO LRFD and municipal project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bridge/transportation structural experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; SE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and municipal projects.
• City of Denver or CDOT experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and municipal infrastructure projects for public agencies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Own client relationships and lead project pursuits in Denver and Front Range.
• Drive firm growth toward partnership.
