The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. (MSG) is seeking a skilled engineer to contribute to bridge and retaining wall projects in Adrian, MI. The role requires leading design in accordance with MDOT standards and managing projects from concept through construction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, over 8 years of relevant experience, and a Michigan PE license. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
• Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with MDOT and/or MDOT LAP projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform bridge and structural design in accordance with MDOT and AASHTO standards.
• Contribute to the full project lifecycle from concept through construction.
• Prepare bridge layouts, material quantity calculations, and construction specifications.
