Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer in good standing.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in production software and construction document production.
• Experience leading junior staff and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong oral and written communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as team expert and project lead, preparing specifications and project documents.
• Perform design analyses, cost analyses, and site selection.
• Manage discipline teams and ensure contractual compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and review others' work.
• Conduct field reviews and observations of ongoing construction.
