A leading engineering firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Bridge Design Build Project Manager to guide complex bridge projects from concept to delivery. This senior-level position involves managing project delivery for DOT clients, mentoring Project Managers, and ensuring compliance with design-build best practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and at least 10 years of engineering experience. This role offers an annual salary range of $140,000 to $160,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong design-build experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bridge replacement and repair project delivery.
• Serve as a seller/doer, developing work with specific clients.
• Lead and mentor other Project Managers.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, and project closeout documents.
• Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control.
