Prince Contracting, LLC seeks an experienced bridge construction supervisor to lead foremen and subcontractors on heavy/highway bridge projects in Georgia. You will coordinate field crews, review drawings, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while meeting schedule and budget requirements.

The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, solid knowledge of FDOT contracts, and the ability to interpret crane load charts and rigging signals. A clean driving record is essential.

Formación

• 5-7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to interpret crane load charts.
• Ability to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed.
• Knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques.
• Excellent driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
• Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget
• Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required
• Implement the Company policies and procedures as required
• Assist with On-the-Job Training
