Job summary

Prince in Georgia is seeking an experienced bridge construction supervisor to lead foremen and subcontractors, assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions, and manage project activities in accordance with contract specifications and environmental regulations.

You will ensure work aligns with schedule and budget, review performance with the project manager, reinforce company policies, and contribute to on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication.
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts and erect/set grade for bridge deck screed.
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and rigging techniques.
• Must have an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors.
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions.
• Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget.
• Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required.
• Implement the Company policies and procedures as required.
• Assist with On-the-Job Training.
