Qualificações

• 5–7 years experience managing a crew of bridge carpenters, laborers and pile drivers in a heavy highway/bridge construction environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand design specifications.
• Excellent supervisory and communication abilities to lead field crews.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise bridge crews in a heavy highway/bridge construction environment to include setting form work, pile driving, drilled shafts, etc.
• Plan and manage production and safety on the project
• Review construction plans to determine design and specifications
• Assist project management in ensuring that all work meets project specification
• Maintain accurate reporting of materials used and time reporting for the crew
