Job summary

The Boston Beer Company in Breinigsville, PA is hiring a Full-Time Senior Brewery Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and safeguard assets across the PA brewery. You will partner with brewery leadership to deliver timely financial guidance and support operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; leadership training preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment with cost accounting and financial analysis focus.
• Working knowledge of beer tax regulations (TTB and PA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• SAP experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cost-savings project portfolio with cross-functional partners.
• Manage financial performance and reporting for plant operations per GAAP policies.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes and timely reporting.
• Lead annual planning and Latest Estimate processes with Brewery Management.
• Support capital expenditure evaluations and asset investments.
• Standardize finance processes and reporting with Finance Director across breweries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure transparency and consistent financial practices.
• Coach and develop direct reports for leadership continuity.
