Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support inventory management, reporting, and financial analysis across brewery and Contract Manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3+ years in a process-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory transactions and MUV activity for assigned materials.
• Lead inventory reporting and cost-savings opportunities from scrap, labor, and inventory performance.
• Own annual physical inventory process and ensure accuracy across locations.
• Analyze movements and variances to identify trends and impacts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, forecast and annual budget reports.
• Support new product costing and standard cost process.
• Assist in developing SOPs and suggest process improvements.
• Partner with Finance Manager on ad hoc analyses and projects.
• Travel occasionally to support business needs.
