INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager IV with strong experience in project management, brand operations, and digital website or portal management. This remote role supports high-volume workflows, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, tracks budgets, and ensures brand processes run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead stakeholder communications, define project requirements, review contracts, and drive improvements across design and development teams.

Competenze

• 8+ years of project management or operations experience.
• 2+ years supporting brand management, brand operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with design and development teams.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience managing internal websites, digital portals, or similar web-based platforms.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows.
• Experience with vendor management and budget tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders across different levels of an organization.

• Coordinate multiple projects and develop detailed plans to meet goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with website development and design vendors.
• Support high-volume website or brand portal updates and related workflows.
• Communicate with design teams, development teams, vendors, and project owners regarding deadlines, revisions, and project status.
• Track budgets, project updates, resources, and deliverables.
• Support brand governance processes, workflows, and operational standards.
• Present project updates, recommendations, findings, and proposals to stakeholders.
• Partner with management, marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and procedures.
• Review project specifications, contracts, cost estimates, and proposed changes as needed.
• Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and help improve processes and systems.
