Craft, a Brooklyn-based brand studio, seeks a senior design leader to own the agency's creative vision across design. Set direction, establish quality standards, and define processes that serve clients and the internal team.

You will mentor the design group, collaborate with strategists, brand designers and art directors, and shape launches for growth-stage and enterprise brands. You’ll guide scoping, deliverables and team casting, advising business development with a clear point of view.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience across agency, studio or in-house
• 3+ years leading design teams or projects
• Strong client-facing and pitching capabilities
• Mentor designers and grow the design team

Responsabilités

• Own the agency's creative vision across design and set creative direction and quality standards
• Define processes that serve clients and the internal team and arbitrate design quality
• Shape launches for growth-stage and enterprise brands with strategists and art directors
• Mentor and grow the design team, guiding them to work with interaction, content and emerging tools
• Advise business development with a distinct point of view
