Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Brand Strategist to drive original thinking and category-defying brand experiences for health and wellness clients.

You will lead strategic initiatives, guide client engagements, and work with cross-functional teams to shape insights and opportunities. You will develop brand platforms, positioning, and manifestos, and play a key role in business development while mentoring junior strategists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of brand strategy experience.
• Graduate degree preferred in behavioral sciences, business marketing, and/or advertising.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to travel to clients in NJ.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to new business and ongoing strategic client engagements.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business, competitive landscape, goals, and strategy.
• Identify insights, customer needs, and market opportunities to create competitive advantage.
• Lead brand strategy discussions and market research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
• Create dynamic presentations delivering new thinking and strategic rationale.
• Produce clear written proposals, case studies, and POV statements.
• Lead annual brand planning and expand agency role with key partners.
• Manage and develop team members and lead workshops and pitches.
