• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive policy and governance strategy enabling scalable Brand Protection enforcement.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives to drive policy unification and alignment.
• Manage lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and surface data-backed recommendations for senior leadership.
• Own strategic roadmaps for policy and governance initiatives with clear prioritization.
• Drive stakeholder alignment balancing risk management with customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to handle and resolve enforcement challenges.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to directors and vice presidents.
• Navigate between high-visibility strategic work and deep policy problem-solving.
