Responsibilities

• Define and drive policy and governance strategy enabling scalable Brand Protection enforcement.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives to align policy and governance across teams.
• Manage lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and surface data-backed recommendations.
• Own strategic roadmaps for policy initiatives with clear prioritization.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Product, and others on enforcement challenges.
• Communicate progress to directors and executives with compelling narratives.
• Balance risk with customer experience and make pragmatic trade-offs.
