Aufgaben

• Lead 3-year I&R pipeline across front-end innovation, scoping, concept development, commercialization, and market readiness.
• Own product strategy grounded in 3C understanding, ensuring the innovation pipeline strengthens brand relevance and commercial impact.
• Define requirements for innovation concepts, claims, naming, packaging, and commercialization deliverables.
• Oversee innovation pipeline performance, forecast assumptions, and launch performance learning.
• Lead launch readiness activities and develop materials for commercialization in partnership with Commercial Development teams.
• Lead renovation initiatives across product, formulation, and packaging changes to strengthen product superiority.
