Job summary

Unmanned Safety Institute, Inc. seeks a Senior Photographer / Videographer to shoot and cut brand content for seasonal campaigns across marketing channels.

You’ll translate concepts into storyboards, direct on-location shoots in Colorado, and deliver assets that unify product pages with campaigns. You’ll lead on-set talent, mentor a Studio Photographer, and collaborate with the Creative Director and Growth team to ensure cohesive visuals.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years shooting brand or lifestyle content professionally.
• Strong portfolio and reel in photo and video.
• Hands-on editing and color for both photo and video (Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro).
• Experience turning a creative brief into a plan and executing on location.
• Experience leading on set or mentoring a photographer or crew.
• Delivery of finished assets across multiple channels on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into a plan and create storyboards, shot lists, locations, talent and deliverables per channel.
• Shoot photo and video in the field across Colorado and beyond, directing talent in real conditions.
• Edit, color, and deliver; manage post from selects to final outputs for various channels.
• Lead the Studio Photographer, review work, and maintain single-brand imagery.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Creative Ops Coordinator, and Growth team.
• Maintain tidy systems for gear, files and asset delivery.
