Job summary

TOPO DESIGNS LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Photographer / Videographer to shoot and cut imagery for our seasonal campaigns across marketing channels. You will translate concepts into storyboards, direct on-location shoots across Colorado, and own post from selects through final delivery using Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Collaborating with the Creative Director and Growth team, you’ll maintain brand consistency while meeting deadlines; this full-time role requires living in

Qualifications

• 4-5 years shooting brand or lifestyle content professionally, in-house, agency, or freelance for the outdoor industry.
• A portfolio and a reel that show strong work in both photo and video.
• Hands‑on editing and color for both photo and video (Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro preferred).
• Experience turning a creative brief into a plan and deck, then executing on location.
• Experience leading on set, mentoring, or supervising another photographer or crew.
• A track record of delivering finished assets across multiple channels and formats on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into a plan. Build storyboards, shot lists, location, talent and deliverables per channel.
• Shoot photo and video in the field across Colorado and beyond, directing talent.
• Edit, color, and deliver: retouching, editing, color grading and channel-specific versions.
