Gusto is expanding its in-house creative studio in Denver, seeking a Staff Editor & Motion Designer. You will own motion and edit from rough cut to final delivery, shaping pacing, sound, and color while collaborating with marketing and social teams to deliver brand narratives.

This senior individual contributor role focuses on post-production craft and scalable workflows, including templates and AI-driven processes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years editing and designing motion for brand, film, agency, or content studios.
• Expert-level fluency in editing and motion tools with AI-enabled methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, mindful motion design, and format range.

Responsabilidades

• Edit brand films, product stories, interviews, explainers, and social content.
• Design motion graphics, typography, transitions, and animation that serve the story.
• Shape pacing, sound design, and color to create expressive arcs.
• Collaborate with creatives and cross-functional partners from rough cut to delivery.
• Build templates and workflows for faster turnaround without sacrificing quality.
• Apply modern editing and motion tools, including AI-enabled workflows.
