Job summary

Highbeam is building the future of business banking and cash management. We’re hiring a brand and motion designer to build Highbeam's visual identity from the ground up—identity, campaigns, motion, illustration—and ship them to product and GTM teams.

This full‑stack brand role lets you define the system, set guidelines, and own surface execution. We’re starting on a contract basis with potential to go full time, and remote is welcome though in‑person collaboration is preferred in NYC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in brand design, graphic design, or art direction with consumer or tech brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual execution across web, mobile, social, email and print.
• Strong fundamentals in type, layout, color, composition, hierarchy.
• Real motion chops and ability to ship to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and build Highbeam's brand identity, guidelines, and kits.
• Develop marketing surfaces: website, campaigns, email, social, and collateral.
• Create motion for launch films, social video, and product transitions.
• Contribute illustration and 3D visuals to explain concepts.
