Horizontal Talent is seeking a Graphic Designer III in New York, NY for an onsite contract role. The designer will craft brand graphics, engaging PowerPoint presentations, and motion content across digital, video, and presentation formats.

The role requires a strong portfolio in branding, digital design, and motion, with expert PowerPoint animation and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in visual design or a hybrid creative role in a digital design environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and motion work.
• Advanced PowerPoint animation skills, including morph transitions and custom motion effects.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines while producing high-quality creative work.

Responsibilities

• Create branded graphics, digital layouts, presentations, and other visual assets across web, social, email, print, and event materials.
• Build engaging PowerPoint presentations with advanced animation techniques, including motion-driven storytelling and smooth transitions.
• Develop motion graphics and animated content for brand videos, product demos, social cut-downs, educational pieces, and campaigns.
• Maintain and apply brand systems, templates, and style guides for consistency and scalability.
• Work on multiple design requests at once while meeting deadlines with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Use project management tools to organize, prioritize, and track creative work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver polished assets aligned with goals and brand standards.
