Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a part-time designer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on visual design, motion storytelling, and branded content across digital formats.

You will balance hands-on production with motion-driven storytelling, creating branded graphics, animated decks, and motion assets for events, campaigns, and internal communications. A strong portfolio and 5–8 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a visual designer or hybrid creative in digital design environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, motion, and digital design work.
• Advanced PowerPoint animation skills, including morph transitions and custom motion effects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Online portfolio of work is required.

Responsibilities

• Create branded graphics, presentations, and digital layouts for web, social, email, and communications.
• Build animated PowerPoint decks using transitions and motion techniques to enhance storytelling.
• Develop motion graphics for product demos, educational videos, social cut-downs, and campaigns.
• Produce visuals across print, digital, social, and event needs with consistency.
• Support scalable design systems by maintaining templates, style guides, and assets.
• Manage multiple priorities, respond to urgent design needs, and keep projects moving.
• Use project management tools to organize requests and workload planning.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and visual expectations.
