Job summary

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and growth, design scalable motion systems, and build templates to speed production while preserving quality in a fast-moving, late-stage startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of brand design, visual design and motion experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, product marketing, campaigns, and digital content.
• Strong typography, color, composition, and motion instincts.
• Proficiency in motion design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Calvary, Rive, Lottie).
• Ability to direct AI-assisted production and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual and motion work across launches, education, campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Evolve brand systems including motion guidelines and templates.
• Integrate motion into the brand design process with animation principles.
• Direct and evaluate AI-generated creative work for on-brand output.
• Use AI tools to accelerate concept to execution and raise quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, growth from concept to delivery.
• Build repeatable templates and workflows for faster turnaround.
• Maintain brand integrity across deliverables, including AI-assisted production.
