Job summary

Gusto is expanding our in-house creative studio with a senior Brand & Motion Designer who will own brand craft, motion systems, and AI-assisted production. You’ll design and oversee visual language across product launches, campaigns, events, and digital channels, ensuring a cohesive, human voice that scales.

You’ll mentor and collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and growth, set on-brand standards for AI outputs, and build repeatable templates to speed work while

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in brand design, visual design and motion for in-house studios, agencies, or content teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating brand identity, product marketing, campaigns and digital content, including AI-involved work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual and motion work across product launches, brand campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Evolve brand systems and guardrails, including motion guidelines and templates.
• Integrate motion into the brand process and set animation principles for digital formats.
• Direct and evaluate AI-generated creative work to maintain on-brand quality.
• Build repeatable templates and workflows for faster turnaround without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from concept to final delivery.
• Maintain brand integrity across assets, including AI-assisted outputs.
