O Positiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Growth Strategy in Santa Monica to accelerate growth through influencer/creator program expansion and robust brand measurement.

You will translate audience insights and performance data into strategic recommendations, partnering with Marketing, Product, Go-To-Market, Retail and Data to build scalable marketing processes that improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-9+ years in strategy consulting, brand strategy, growth marketing, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong financial acumen; experience building models, trackers, forecasts (Excel essential).
• Experience presenting to executives and aligning stakeholders.

• Develop influencer/creator program growth and reporting.
• Create and implement brand growth strategies to expand market share.
• Own reporting, KPIs, and budgeting for brand campaigns and media investments.
