A leading company is seeking a Senior Event Specialist to enhance brand engagement through well-executed events, including VantaCon and industry conferences. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and 3-5 years of related experience in event marketing.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Event Specialist to join the event and field marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and logistical experience who's eager to deepen their skills in brand event execution. In this role, you'll help bring the Vanta brand to life through best-in-class events including VantaCon, Vanta's annual user conference, and large brand activations at industry conferences to engage prospects, delight customers, and build community.
This is an execution-focused position with exposure to strategic planning. You'll own specific workstreams and event elements, gradually working toward more independent ownership. You'll be a key force behind bringing events to life - ensuring they run smoothly, stay on brand, and deliver impact on time and within budget.
