Job summary
Pavago is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the development and evolution of brand identities for diverse clients. You will own projects from concept through delivery, crafting visual systems for digital and print and ensuring consistency. Collaborate with strategy, copywriting and account teams, present concepts to clients, and guide iterations while upholding brand standards.
Remote work during U.S. business hours with strong ownership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional brand or graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end brand identity projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma for presenting design systems.
- Experience designing for print and digital media.
- Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency a strong advantage.
- Experience in a branding agency or creative consultancy.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects with deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of brand identities from concept to final delivery.
- Create cohesive visual systems across digital and print.
- Develop brand guidelines and documentation for consistent use.
- Prepare and present concepts to clients, defend design decisions.
- Lead internal design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
