Notion’s Creative Studio in New York City is seeking a seasoned Brand Designer to lead high-impact brand initiatives from strategy to execution, partnering with executives to elevate craft and system standards.

You'll concept, art direct and design across campaigns, contribute to brand systems, and mentor teammates while exploring AI-enabled workflows to push creative boundaries. This full-time role requires 10+ years in agency or in-house settings and a strong, diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment.
• A strong portfolio of work that's culturally resonant and visually diverse.
• Experience collaborating with a broad range of makers (illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers).
• Excellent partnership skills: working with cross-functional stakeholders and making pragmatic tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Contribute to brand systems and develop standards to improve velocity and consistency for teammates.
• Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback and patterns.
