Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate brand values into consistent assets.
• Ability to articulate and train teams on brand standards.
• Meticulous review of assets, campaigns, and communications.
• Experience deploying assets from centralized libraries.
• Strong concepting and creative innovation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; experience presenting work to clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and lead cross-functional creative teams to uphold brand standards.
• Guide brand direction with designers, copywriters, and account leaders.
• Review and approve assets, ensuring no brand drift.
• Oversee asset deployment and approval workflows to avoid bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to set project tone and goals.
• Present work to clients and engage in constructive dialogue.
