About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the development and evolution of brand identities. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, creating distinctive and strategically grounded visual systems across both digital and print. You’ll work closely with strategy, copywriting and account teams to translate positioning into compelling visual identities, while presenting your work confidently to clients and ensuring every final deliverable is polished, consistent and easy to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity Development
  • Lead the creation and evolution of comprehensive brand identities from concept through final delivery.
  • Develop distinctive visual systems that align with client positioning and strategic goals.
  • Ensure brand identities remain coherent and consistent across different applications and touchpoints.
Visual Design Execution
  • Create high-quality graphic design assets across print and digital platforms.
  • Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, brand elements, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and typography across all deliverables.
Brand Guidelines & Documentation
  • Create comprehensive brand books and visual style guides.
  • Clearly document brand standards so clients, internal teams, and external vendors can apply them consistently.
  • Maintain organized, production-ready files and high-quality handoffs.
Client Presentation
  • Prepare and present design concepts directly to clients.
  • Clearly communicate the strategic reasoning behind visual decisions.
  • Respond professionally to questions and feedback while maintaining the integrity of the brand concept.
Creative Direction & Iteration
  • Lead internal design reviews and creative feedback cycles.
  • Incorporate client and team feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Know when to defend a design decision and when to adapt based on feedback.
  • Maintain quality and consistency through multiple rounds of iteration.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, and account teams throughout the branding process.
  • Ensure visual concepts are aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
  • Communicate project progress, questions, and potential issues proactively.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand design or graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity projects.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for presenting and sharing design systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese.
  • Working proficiency in English is a strong advantage, particularly for international or client-facing work.
  • Experience working in a branding agency, creative consultancy, or similar environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Perfect Fit / Culture

  • Takes creative ownership from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Asks the right questions early and identifies potential issues before they become problems.
  • Has strong creative judgment while remaining open and professional when receiving feedback.
  • Adapts quickly without compromising the quality or strategic intent of the work.
  • Maintains excellent file organization, naming conventions, and handoff standards.
  • Communicates proactively with clients and teammates in both async and live environments.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider creative team.

Typical Day

You’ll begin by reviewing active brand projects across client portfolio and prioritizing your work based on deadlines and project needs.

Your day may include developing concepts for a new brand identity, creating logo variations, testing designs across mockups, or refining color and typography systems based on client feedback.

You may also collaborate with the strategy team on positioning for an upcoming project, participate in a client presentation, or prepare a brand guidelines document for delivery. Most work is async and self-directed, with structured check-ins to maintain alignment across projects.
